Our Home Resort

DVC Member and our home resort. A very comfortable place to stay when at Disney. Close to Disney Springs. All accommodations were nice though finding our room,1/2 mike from reservations, in the dark took a little longer. Bus transportation was very good to the parks. Will be back again in March.

Depends on what you want

Chicago, Illinois

For travelers- Yes, the resort is large, Yes, its not the best themed resort in the Disney arsenal. But it is still a very nice place to stay and if you are driving, or want to spend time at Disney Springs it's a very nice choice. Also, the rooms are large, clean and being remote, quiet. Main pool is very nice, and the spa is great, if you want to golf it's a no brainer, stay here. So if you want a monorail resort this is not it. If you want a nice resort and have your own transportation it is a very viable option. For the resort- stayed here a couple times, you tripped up on the latest trip. Bell services needs to answer their phone, it was not 'Off Hours' you need to staff appropriately, it was high season. And then to have the main desk not answer their phone is not acceptable in any way, shape, or form. Having to walk to the main desk to get our luggage delivered is a serious mess up, and to have it be dismissed with a "we'll get it there" is not the Disney Way. I pay premium for Disney Service and you failed badly!!!!!! I've gotten fast passes at a restaurant when they didn't get all the food out at the same time, being dismissed when you can't get me my luggage for 45 minutes because you won't answer the phone is a service faux pas.
