Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience; however, there are a few specific costs that, by local regulation, cannot be pre-paid and must be settled locally by our guests.
To help you prepare, this page provides a clear overview of those items, most notably “sustainability taxes” or “tourist levies.” In many of our handpicked destinations, local or national authorities invite visitors to contribute to the preservation and enhancement of the regions they explore. These contributions play a vital role in nurturing local infrastructure and protecting the very landscapes and heritage sites that make your journey so special.
How these payments work:
- Direct Settlement: These levies are typically settled directly with your hotel upon arrival or at the site you visit.
- Variable Rates: The amount may vary based on the length of your stay, the number of guests in your party, or the official local rating of your accommodation.
