I was fortunate to have experienced a multi destination holiday to Dubai, Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket arranged through Hayes & Jarvis. Without doubt the travel consultants particularly Shannon and Anchal based in India were amazing, their genuine kindness, attention to detail and professionalism made our holiday one of the best experiences to date. This was my first time using Hayes & Jarvis. I travel regularly and intend to use them for future holidays.
We booked our amazing holiday to India with Hayes & Jarvis, we found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The holiday was fantastic and India stole our hearts. What impressed us most with Hayes and Jarvis was when things went a little awry they went the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic holiday and put a smile back on our faces, thank you Jas, Shagufta and the whole of the Hayes & Jarvis team.
We knew for a long holiday we needed help and we chose Hayes & Jarvis because they listened. We were looked after at every stage and it was so stress free. Megan was there on the end of a line all the way and she was excellent and really made a difference. Would never use anyone else. Why would you when you have found perfection.

They offered expert advice at the planning stages, provided lots of options to meet our desires and they provided the perfect itinerary in full consultation with us! When travelling, all planned activities went extremely smoothly and the team were on hand to offer advice and reassurance should that be required. We would have no hesitation. Hayes & Jarvis arranged a trip of a lifetime for us across Bali and Singapore, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Every detail of the trip was handled perfectly, making the whole experience stress-free and unforgettable. Apart from one small hiccup with our airport transfer on the way home, everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hayes & Jarvis to anyone looking for a holiday that’s truly special.
This is the second time that we have booked with Hayes & Jarvis and once again we received excellent service from Mark to ensure that our holiday to China was amazing. Everything (hotels, transport, trips) are very well organised ensure a smooth and enjoyable dream holiday. They now have an app that keeps you updated and so that you can see your itinery which is extremely helpful as well as a personal coordinator (Namrata) whilst you are there to ensure that everything is going well.
Hayes & Jarvis took all the hard work out of this trip. They planned our month in Vietnam and Cambodia meticulously and we stayed in some amazing hotels too. We visited fantastic historic sites and through the knowledgeable, efficient and friendly guides we saw and learned a lot. We were mostly just 2 of us touring with a driver and guide – how amazing is that!
Thank you H&J for organising the most fabulous trip —– the logistics were perfect, and everything ran so smoothly.The accommodation met our requirements fully , and we enjoyed so many fabulous experiences. The diversity oflandscape that Chile provides is quite unbelievableONE OF THE BEST HOLIDAYS EVER !!!
This is the second time we’ve used Hayes and Jarvis and have had fabulous holidays both times. Having a dedicated coordinator in the time zone was a big comfort and she checked in with us at every city and country change. We shall definitely use them again for our next adventure. Thank you H&J.

Hayes and Jarvis were excellent from first contact to last contact regards our trip to Japan.
