We have never used a company to plan a holiday like this before and we couldn’t be more happy. We needed to have a really well planned trip so that all our family needs were met. Having a trip consultant was fantastic and meant I could get in contact with someone any time throughout the trip. We had a trip of a life time and thoroughly happy with the part Hayes & Jarvis played on this.

Our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia with Hayes & Jarvis was exceptional from start to finish. The itinerary was beautifully planned with stunning hotels, excellent guides and drivers and seamless ground transport. The pre‑trip support was outstanding — when we had to postpone our original holiday due to illness, everything was handled with care and flexibility. Overall, a wonderfully organised, memorable experience that allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment.

I was fortunate to have experienced a multi destination holiday to Dubai, Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket arranged through Hayes & Jarvis. Without doubt the travel consultants particularly Shannon and Anchal based in India were amazing, their genuine kindness, attention to detail and professionalism made our holiday one of the best experiences to date. This was my first time using Hayes & Jarvis. I travel regularly and intend to use them for future holidays.

Hayes & Jarvis arranged a trip of a lifetime for us across Bali and Singapore, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Every detail of the trip was handled perfectly, making the whole experience stress-free and unforgettable. Apart from one small hiccup with our airport transfer on the way home, everything exceeded our expectations. This is the second time that we have booked with Hayes & Jarvis and once again we received excellent service from Mark to ensure that our holiday to China was amazing. Everything (hotels, transport, trips) are very well organised ensure a smooth and enjoyable dream holiday. They now have an app that keeps you updated and so that you can see your itinery which is extremely helpful as well as a personal coordinator (Namrata) whilst you are there to ensure that everything is going well.
