A 5* holiday which met all of our expectations. Out trip coordinator was the by far the best we have had. Our guide Emmanuel was well informed of what we wanted and achieved all of our goals as well as getting us a few extra surprises like a boat ride to see the hippos.

Both Valentina and Cyprian kept in touch with us at every stage of the booking from choosing the resort and accommodation, booking and travelling. Cyprian also stayed in contact during our stay and was able to sort out any queries quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled very professionally and they took all the hassle out of travelling!

I found the service, from my initial tentative planning right through to the check-ins while we were on the trip, truly superb. Also, the way Gao dealt with the cancellation of a flight was so good.
