We’ve recently returned from a memorable Hayes & Jarvis trip to Sri Lanka & The Maldives. The whole experience was smoothly dealt with by all parties and despite the ongoing political unrest in Sri Lanka we had a fantastic experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending H&J for future trips.
Going to Hawaii with Hayes and Jarvis was a complete and wonderful experience.
Both Valentina and Cyprian kept in touch with us at every stage of the booking from choosing the resort and accommodation, booking and travelling. Cyprian also stayed in contact during our stay and was able to sort out any queries quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled very professionally and they took all the hassle out of travelling!
I found the service, from my initial tentative planning right through to the check-ins while we were on the trip, truly superb. Also, the way Gao dealt with the cancellation of a flight was so good.
We cannot recommend a Kenya safari and the Little Governor’s camp highly enough. It was such a wonderful place and we have a really memorable and special stay. We were really surprised at how well-equipped and organised everything was, they really are experts at this. We enjoyed our stay in Zanzibar too and the beach was truly stunning – probably the most beautiful we’ve seen. The island is much less developed generally though with far fewer trips and tours available than we’d anticipated. It made for a relaxing end to our holiday but worth noting to manage other tourists’ expectations in case they prefer a more accessible range of activities.

The itinerary in Thailand was so diverse and had such great scenery/activities we really felt as though we got such a good feel for the whole country in such a short space of time. Elephant hills is located in a beautiful part of Thailand and they pack so much into 3 days I would really recommend. Meeru is also such a beautiful island and the staff and the food are so great we could have happily stayed there for much longer. The itinerary overall had a good balance of being active and travelling on the first week in Thailand then a good amount of relaxation on the second week in the Maldives it made for such a good holiday.

Very glad we chose H&J to oversee our first Asian holiday experience for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and would certainly use them again in the future. They made sure we had all the information we needed and was very easily contactable if we had any queries. Rahul even made sure there was a little anniversary gift waiting in our room for us. Even the transfers were made to feel all part of the holiday experience.
