Our 8 week trip to Aus & NZ was excellently well planned. The itinerary provided a great insight into Aus plus N & S Islands in NZ. Hayes & Jarvis (H&J) did a great job in compiling an itinerary which was interesting, varied, broad reaching & exciting. We quickly got into the rhythm of 3 day expeditions, with 2 nights accommodation before moving onto the next location, hotel & excursion.Not having visited NZ previously we were very dependent upon H&J input and we have been delighted with the end product. We would recommend H&J to anyone seeking a well planned, varied and exciting long distance exporation of new destinations.A special mention goes to our trip Co-Ordinator, Megan Cena, who did an outstanding job. We always felt Megan was keeping on eye on what we were doing & where we were going. Prior confirmations were always taken care of for us so we could just focus on enjoying the sights & experiences of our holiday of a lifetime.
Hayes and jarvis did a great job in keeping us informed at every stage, the private transfers were great in getting us to voyager beach. Amazing hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for most staff, great people, our trip coordinator was available whenever we needed him. Thank you so much Cyprian. We want to go back to Voyager!
Sri Lanka is a beautiful country the people work hard they are very friendly. I would recommend it. Beautiful birds and animals. Beautiful scenery, it was a wonderful experience.
Exceptional service from from start to finish for our South African trip and Safari. Dedicated Representative was always available and dealt with any questions promptly and efficiently. All the hard work of planning a busy holiday was executed very well by the team and we would certainly plan future trips with Hayes and Jarvis. Phenomenal customer service.

We had an amazing trip to Japan and then Thailand for a surprise trip for my Husband’s 50th birthday. We had a hassle free trip, all travel was organised and set out for me to follow with a great itinerary, private guided tours were arranged so we could make the most of our time in each city, we saw some amazing places and have experienced a trip to remember forever. Would fully recommend Hayes and Jarvis, this was our honeymoon and they organised and planned it to perfection. All details were covered and our basic itinerary was enhanced by the knowledge of their agents. The choice of venues was excellent and we were very well looked after. It was also the first time I’ve ever been on a trip where there were the services of an experienced manager available for us in case of any issues. This is very reassuring and a really good idea. Well done indeed.

We came over a ridge at dawn to see 20,000 wildebeest poised precariously on a cliff above the Mara river. Within minutes the sight of them thundering across was the greatest natural wonder of our lives. Nothing can compare.
