"You will see lots of adorable silver leaf monkeys on this trip - look out for the baby monkeys - you can't miss them, they are bright orange."

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city is Kuala Selangor, a small village known for its natural heritage of Mangrove forest. Take a walk around the jungle trails and appreciate the wonders of nature and it’s contributions towards the ecosystem. Dine in a local restaurant by the riverfront before boating upstream to watch thousands of fireflies sparkling in the thick mangrove along both sides of the river banks. A wonderful phenomena resembling rows of brightly lit Christmas trees!
• Bukit Melawati
Visit Kota Melawati (formerly known as “Fort Altingsgurg”), the fortress on this hill was built in the late 18th century to defend Selangor from the attack of enemies. What remains of the fortress today are some cannons, foundation stones, and colonial houses. Other attractions include a light house & a royal mausoleum. You will also be given the opportunity to see the silver leaf monkeys.
• Seafood Dinner in a restaurant by the river.
• Fireflies at the mangrove forest (subject to weather conditions).
