Hayes & Jarvis listened to our travel requirements and arranged an excellent holiday experience in Australia.
Hayes & Jarvis understood the assignment from the off, I want to see Japan like I’m never going back, and we did just that !! However we would definitely go back it was that good! Everything was easy because it was made easy – if you get stuck you always have someone you can talk to on hand – I feel completely satisfied that we did and saw everything we wanted to as requested. Thoroughly impressed and I am already recommending Hayes & Jarvis.
Hassle free from start to finish. Met expectations in all areas, everything went so smoothly. We can’t fault anything about our trip. Planning was timely, tailored and showed good knowledge. Attention to detail was exceptional with detailed itineraries provided. James kept in touch during the planning stages and Megan was available prior to our trip and during with her local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Little touches made a big impact, from wishing us a good trip on our departure date to a note just asking us if everything was ok while away. Able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing someone was attending to the little details and there for us if needed. We would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our trip – the wide variety of sights and activities was great. We were also very well looked after. All the transport and guiding arrangements went like clockwork – very well-organised, with knowledgeable friendly staff.

They catered to the needs of our disabled adult daughter and us, so we could make the best use of our time and enjoy the fabulous experiences. An amazing trip and insight into Vietnam, its culture and people. I fell in love with every place I visited. I was fortunate to have great tour guides that became friends, imparting amazing information and history of their country and its culture. A beautiful country with a rich history and wonderful people.

Everything worked very smoothly and we were very carefully looked after by all our guides and particularly our drivers
From our first meeting everything ran like clockwork. Itinerary was perfect, great accommodation, the Safari, Victoria Falls, Cape Town and Overberg didn’t disappoint. Brian our contact was with us every step of the way, very responsive dealing with all our check in and making sure our transfers were on time. The Trip app was a godsend and was accessible even without WiFi. Some things weren’t easy to find but my understanding is that the app is new so I’m sure that will improve
Both Bethany Coombs and Kenny Edghill were excellent. Kenny’s support whilst on trip was great.
A great country with the most friendly people and so much to do and see.
