This was our third trip with H&J and each time it gets better. In November 2022, we went on a Safari to Tanzania ending in a beach holiday in Zanzibar to celebrate a big birthday and i can’t express how incredible this experience was. It certainly ticked something off my bucket list! We have just got back from an incredible two weeks in Thailand where Jasdeep put an amazing itinerary together so we could celebrate our wedding anniversary and we will certainly have great memories to look back on. Everything from the booking process, the location of the hotels chosen, the guides, the transfers and drivers and the service from our trip coordinator gave us peace of mind if and when we needed it. Having never travelled long haul, we visited 5 locations in 3 countries with 6 flights over 17 days. Beth who arranged our holiday could not have done it better and Catherine who assisted us on our trip was an absolute dream. We would not hesitate in recommending Hayes and Jarvis and would definitely use them again. Our 40th wedding anniversary adventure will stay on our hearts and minds for ever.

An excellent 3 centre tour in Thailand included Bangkok, Koh Tao & Koh Samui. Our itinerary, put together by Hayes & Jarvis, included a number of excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed. All airport/ferry transfers ran like clockwork, overseas staff ensured that all was well for us right up to the airport check in desks. We would happily recommend Hayes & Jarvis to anyone considering booking a holiday!

Prior to the first interaction we ever had with Hayes & Jarvis, the reviews and online testimonials caught our eye immediately while searching for a reputable travel agency. From there, each interaction with H&J left us feeling assured and well taken care, especially the attentiveness to our likes and dislikes for holidays. Carys was utmost helpful with designing our perfect holiday and spoke to us on numerous occasions, always guaranteeing we were happy before moving on. Once our holiday was scheduled, Claudia met with us twice to give us insider’s knowledge on Costa Rica and walked us through each of our days in detail. Both Carys and Claudia had a jovial personality and made us feel comfortable within seconds. We have already recommended H&J to multiple friends and family members since our trip and will definitely use them again in the future for many more holidays to come!

Well organised and thought through, excellent destinations and H&J were able to offer accommodation to the standard we wanted rather than the over indulgent 5* choices. Knowledge of destination was good and helpful advice given on best locations for the activities we wanted. Trip co-ordinator was again good and helpful and we found the App very useful. Another good experience filled now with many great memories. As always, you get what you pay for and for us, the service provided by H&J is worth the price.
