Not the first time I have used Hayes and Jarvis and I will continue to use them for future holidays. Having the peace of mind that they have knowledgeable staff to help plan our holidays and at a reasonable cost is a no brainer for me. I love having a planned itinerary and again knowing that the excursions selected are based on Hayes & Jarvis staff recommendations and knowledge. Thank you Hayes & Jarvis.
Carys and Shruti provided great help and support in the planning of the trip. Shruti was always available during the trip and contacted me regularly to make sure everything was going well. All the arrangements went very smoothly. The accommodation was all excellent and I had a wonderful holiday – thank you

Our trip was truly personalised to ensure it included everything we enjoy. The organisation and notification via the app was extremely helpful. Flights were on time and a great experience throughout. All hotels were of an excellent standard. We cannot thank the hotel staff enough for looking after us so beautifully . our guides in Bali and Lombok were amazing, always punctual and great fun. We highly recommend Bali and Lombok as a cultural and tropical holiday experience

We were so glad we used Hayes and Jarvis for our trip of a lifetime. Thidara provided excellent advice at the beginning, the organisation was easy and efficient being all done online and the support before and during the trip was exemplary. We would use them again.
This was our third trip with H&J and each time it gets better. In November 2022, we went on a Safari to Tanzania ending in a beach holiday in Zanzibar to celebrate a big birthday and i can’t express how incredible this experience was. It certainly ticked something off my bucket list! We have just got back from an incredible two weeks in Thailand where Jasdeep put an amazing itinerary together so we could celebrate our wedding anniversary and we will certainly have great memories to look back on. Everything from the booking process, the location of the hotels chosen, the guides, the transfers and drivers and the service from our trip coordinator gave us peace of mind if and when we needed it. Seamless care and excellent delivery of our dream holiday. Luxury and an amazing experience. Highlights:- boat cruise in Okavango, watching wild hogs chase a hippos, learning from the Sen Bushman Scoupa about how he lived as a hunter gatherer, boat cruise on Pangolin photography boat on the Rive Chobe and the wonderful people we met in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
An absolutely amazing holiday from start to finish. The mix of locations from Singapore to Bali with Ubud and Nusa Dua was fabulous. Having the same guide throughout made the trip so easy and the organised trips were fantastic.
I’m so glad I stumbled upon Hayes and Jarvis who helped me to organise the trip of my dreams. I will definitely be booking with them again!
