I would recommend this holiday to anyone Sara, Martin and George were lovely and friendly at Ilkeliani Camp and Josef was a great driver on our days out in the Masai Mara
We had a magical honeymoon in Malaysia and Bali. Hayes and Jarvis put together an itinerary of lovely hotels and interesting local tours so we really got a good insight into each of the destinations we visited. We had our own coordinator who was always on hand to help with any issues or questions we had throughout the trip which was a real help as we felt like we were being looked after the whole time. Thanks to everyone at Hayes and Jarvis for helping to give us the most wonderful honeymoon!
The Hayes and Jarvis consultant took the list of experiences we wanted and turned it into the perfect holiday.
I would recommend booking with Hayes and Jarvis because of the knowledge of places and resorts, it can be overwhelming looking at somewhere you have never been before and especially when there are hundreds of resorts to chose from. We found that our resort was exactly what we had in mind and we didn’t have the stress of booking flights and hotel – it was all done for us!
Good flexible itinerary, you can give them an outline and they will adapt to provide the itinerary you want. In country support is good.
Hayes and Jarvis arranged everything for our trip to Canada. All we had to do was enjoy the experience.
Hayes and Jarvis were excellent from start to finish. The suggested Safari locations in Kenya we’re perfect for a first time experience with older children. The support before and during the trip was outstanding and the drivers in Kenya were both professional and personable. We will book our next Safari with you!
Our Honeymoon Safari was really special the camps were amazing and the guides and all staff were lovely. Really memorable experience – guides try all they can to find the animals you want to see and make it very exciting we were very lucky and saw the big 5 and more. Kenya is beautiful and so much closer than we thought we’d definitely consider another holiday to East Africa direct from London for a week you really can fit in an amazing safari in that time. Plus visiting in their winter time is lovely nice spring/autumn type weather for UK but with a bit of extra sun really perfect conditions not too hot.
H&J offered a remarkable experience travelling across Canada mainly by rail, East to West, with a choice of top rate expensive hotels (Fairmont) or cheaper alternatives. Highlights included:- Quebec – a beguiling Normandy like city; Ottawa – breathtaking architecture; the unmissable Niagara Falls and CN tower; Banff and the Rockies – startling scenery all around. The Rocky Mountaineer train journey through the Rockies, with its panoramic windows in the Goldleaf bi-level glass dome coach was, however, magnificent and far exceeded expectations with the most exhilarating scenery, entertaining staff, cuisine and refreshments. Overall a bucket list adventure achieved with some unforgettable highlights to savour! Thanks to Alice & Paul for their understanding, skills and organisation.
H&J planned and supported our first trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The level of service was excellent and whilst every aspect of the holiday was superb, we knew help and support was only a call away if needed.
From start to finish we had a top class service. The tour was planned to our exact preferences. The hotels that were used were all of a high standard. The Tour Co-ordinator looked after us from the time we landed until we went home and the drivers made sure that our journeys were as smooth and comfortable as it could possibly be. In each city we had tour guides that were very informative and interesting. All in all a first class service. I cannot fault anything.
