A truly personalised service from start to finish. A wonderful interpretation of our wishes (again) with excellent communication and support, both before and during the fantastic trip. The entire holiday was extremely high quality in terms of the accommodation, travel arrangements and organised tours – making it very interesting and exceptionally relaxing. On any big, multi centre trip i would only book it via Hayes and Jarvis/Enchanting travels from now on. We have made two trips so far, Australia and SriLanka, both were great. The support and the quality of the hotels/guides is bang on.
