This was the first time we have used H&J, but it wont be the last. We have got so use to booking everything ourselves that this was a refreshing change to have someone else make all the travel plans. H&J are consummate professionals and offered a very personal service. It felt like a good friend had made all the arrangements for us. It was 100% perfect and we can’t wait to make future plans with them!
This company is beyond excellent from planning your trip to supporting you all the way through the holiday. It is unusual in this present day way of doing business to deal with real people and to be listened to by people who care and are passionate about what they do. We have travelled with the company three times and will do again. We can and do highly recommend Enchanting Travels/Hayes and Jarvis for the best tailor made holidays.

Fantastic trip and really well planned. Sri Lanka was very action packed, with the contrast of relaxing in the Maldives afterwards. A bucket list trip for us, and we are so glad we had Hayes & Jarvis plan it for us.

The travel advisor and trip co-ordinator we’re both friendly and knowledgeable They were quick to respond to any changes we needed to make and we felt as if we were secure in the knowledge there was help at hand should we need it. This was our first time that we have used Hayes and Jarvis and they were exceptional in every detail. We really felt that we received a tailored personal service from the fist contact with the booking agent to the attention of the personal travel coordinator. We have never been on such a stress free holiday where we were so well looked after. Also the standard of the hotels selected for us exceeded our expectations. We would now only use Hayes and Jarvis.

We cannot rate Hayes and Jarvis, and their organisation highly enough. We toured Southern India in comfort, feeling safe and looked after at every turn, from our initial contact with Thidara, liaising with Shruti our Indian contact and every one of our guides during the tour. We had a wonderful driver who made it complete. We will definitely use Hayes and Jarvis again when the opportunity arises.
