Hays and Jarvis made our holiday so special in ever way the holiday was perfect from start to finish, just not sure they will be able to beat it next year as we enjoyed it so much, next year is our 40th wedding anniversary so the challenge is set, but can they ??. Hayes & Jarvis is a reliable and trustworthy company that takes care of you on your holiday. Their agents are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and flexible. When Covid erupted in 2020, we were enjoying our vacation in Goa and unaware of the curfew that the Indian government would impose on the day of our return flight to London. Hayes & Jarvis, without our knowledge, rescheduled our flights and transfers to get us out of the country a day earlier. We were immensely grateful to them for this, especially after hearing horror stories of people who were stuck on holiday and unable to contact their travel agents. That’s why my husband prefers to book with Hayes & Jarvis rather than any other agent or by ourselves.

This was the first time we have used H&J, but it wont be the last. We have got so use to booking everything ourselves that this was a refreshing change to have someone else make all the travel plans. H&J are consummate professionals and offered a very personal service. It felt like a good friend had made all the arrangements for us. It was 100% perfect and we can’t wait to make future plans with them!

This company is beyond excellent from planning your trip to supporting you all the way through the holiday. It is unusual in this present day way of doing business to deal with real people and to be listened to by people who care and are passionate about what they do.
