You will learn all the skills you need to cook one of Asia’s most varied and fascinating cuisines with Thai expert chefs. All cooking ingredients are bought daily from a local market. The cooking classes are taught in modern air-conditioned facility and everyone is equipped with personal stove as well as a cook booklet. For those ingredients which may not be available in your home country, suitable substitutes will be suggested. After the cooking process is done, you will be enjoy the fruits of your labour, Thai style in the elegant dining room setting.
Alternatively, the menus are well-adapted for vegetarian or other dietary restrictions.
