Central California Coast

Think California and you're certain to imagine sun-drenched, golden beaches; and this is exactly what you will find along the Central California Coast. Along its 350-miles of beautiful coastline you can experience seaside communities, perfect surf spots, hike redwood trails and taste delicious food. Visit the boardwalk in Santa Cruz for some Deep Fried Twinkies and the west coast's oldest amusement park, find yourself a secluded cove for a romantic picnic, drive the winding 17-mile drive and spot sea otters and whales from the shore. For the ultimate dream holiday, we recommend staying at the utterly gorgeous Post Ranch Inn, but there are also many other locations along this stretch of coastline that might work for you.

Yosemite National Park

Surround yourself in the beauty and nature of awe-inspiring Yosemite National Park.  With over 1,200 square miles to discover you could lose yourself for days amongst mountains, valleys, waterfalls and Giant Sequoias. Ride the complimentary shuttle to all the major views and capture photos of your Californian adventures, take a short hike out to Mirror Lake or for something a little more strenuous Half Dome Trail will be rewarding once you reach the summit of the parks icon.

Napa Valley

A wonderful end to your holiday and road trip, is relaxing in the tranquil surroundings of the rolling hills of California Wine Country. Make sure your first stop is at the Napa Valley visitor centre to pick up a free Wine Map and Wine Tasting Card, which offers 12 wine tasting rooms all within walking distance. But it's not all about the wine... visit an olive grove to try some olive oils, take a cooking class, join a bike tour or just relax on the Napa Valley Wine train, Napa's most characteristic restaurant. Talk to one of our destination specialists who can arrange this for you.
