Great Hotel Close to Universal Studios

I was looking for a great rate on a hotel close to Universal Studios and this hotel went beyond my expectations! Check-in was a breeze, which was very welcome at 10pm at night after a long day of walking at Universal Studios. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were well-stocked with towels, and the pool and courtyard area looked inviting. I just wish we had more time to enjoy everything they had to offer! When I'm in the Orlando area again I will definitely look into staying here again.

Where should I start. Well, we arrived late and the lady who took us against was directly angry, rude and witty.

We were a family of 6, from 1 month to 70 years old. One had booked rooms for both families. When we were to check in we asked to be charged on each of our credit cards. It turned out to be difficult and she spent a very long time checking us in. The queue grew and she said sorry to the queue behind us just as it was our fault that there was queue. We have traveled around Florida and this was the worst reception we have received. We should either have received an apology from the lady who checked us in. . The hotel was great and large and we stayed on the 8th floor. The room was nice and clean but was too cramped to open two suitcases. A suitcase to the room was somewhat under. Breakfast cost USD 18, - per day. pcs and waiters did everything to make a trip and were gone several times, asked if we needed anything. This was awesome. The hotel was neat and tidy. When we checked out, there were problems with the credit cards. We did not receive check-in with each of our credit cards. It's funny we have different economies. Well when we check out, the problem reappears we would pay with each of our credit cards. That would be the case, they said at the counter. We also believed that until we examined the receipt we actually had to ask for. Then we were charged on a card again. Then there was a new checkout. No, this was too amateurish for us. Next time we are inn Orlando we will not use this hotel.
