Whitsunday Islands Holidays

Holidays in the Whitsunday Islands define relaxing in paradise. Take your pick from 74 islands, each boasting endless white beaches and crystal-clear waters, located in the heart of the iconic Great Barrier Reef. Choose to explore an uninhabited island that’s thick with emerald rainforest and stretch out on secluded seashores that are lifted straight from the pages of a glossy brochure.

Begin your Whitsunday holiday with a stay on Hamilton Island, the largest in the archipelago. It’s home to a range of activities and sites to suit every travelling type. Get to know the island on foot and wander along the Resort Lookout trail. You’ll journey through bushland that’s bursting with exotic wildlife before reaching the lookout, which is at the second highest point on the island. Be sure to stop for a moment and drink in the panoramic views of Hamilton and beyond. After your hike, head to the idyllic Catseye Beach and plunge into the warm, aquamarine waters of the Coral Sea.
