Day 1
Destination 1: Ubud
We suggest spending 5 nights in Ubud to allow you enough time to explore all this inland region has to offer and relax in the beautiful surroundings of your hotel. If you're feeling active you might like to trek or cycle among the rice fields, or why not immerse yourself in the spirituality of the local people with a visit to some of this areas many temples? The famous monkey forest can also be found in Ubud along with many arts and crafts villages and markets selling beautiful wood carvings, paintings and souvenirs.
Day 1
Destination 2: Candidasa
This tranquil coastal town with its small boutique resorts is the perfect place to relax for around 5 nights. Soak up the sea views from your hotel, or make the most of the diving and snorkelling opportunities nearby and on an evening enjoy a romantic meal under the stars. This place is all about peace and tranquility away from the bustle of Bali's livelier resorts.
