See the Arizona Memorial, which is built over the remains of the sunken battleship, and the USS Missouri, where the Surrender Ceremony that ended World War Two was held.

After the history and culture of Oahu, it is time to explore the natural wonders of Big Island. You will be driven from your hotel to Honolulu airport in a private vehicle. At Big Island’s Kona airport, you can pick up your rental car and drive to your chosen hotel.

Group Volcano, Chocolate & Waterfalls Tour

Explore the dramatic landscape of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and visit an active volcano during this tour. You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning by a shared vehicle. Drive for about an hour to reach the park. Once you reach, a certified national park guide will take you on an interpretive hike. As you walk across the rugged landscape, learn about the area’s eco diversity and its distinctive geographical features including Kilauea volcano. Take a break at a chocolate and tropical fruit farm located on the fertile volcanic slopes. Your guide will share about the sustainable techniques used to grow and harvest the cacao that is made into delicious chocolate. You will also stop by the gorgeous Rainbow Falls that cascade down about 80 feet, before heading back.

Round off your visit to Big Island with a lovely dinner cruise. As you savour your meal, your historian guide will tell you about about famous landmarks such as the Kuamoo Battlefield, the Holua Slide, Captain Cook’s Monument and the Ahuena Heiau. If you are lucky, you might even spot spinner dolphins and humpback whales.

Head for Kona airport, where you will drop off your rental car. After your flight, you will be driven from Kahului airport in Maui to your hotel in a private vehicle.

Group Road to Hana Adventure Tour

Travel along the Road to Hana, an iconic 64-mile-long stretch that takes you through some of the most spectacular sights of Maui. Walk on the black sand beach at Waianapanapa State Park, and see its blowhole, sea arches and even a lava tube. Explore Hana Bay and return via Kaupo, a ruggedly beautiful part of Maui, and Nu’u Refuge, a wetland that attracts various native birds.

Old Lahaina Luau

During your time in Maui, you will get to enjoy a traditional luau (Hawaiian feast) on the beach. Sip on a cocktail or two as you wander around and see the various island crafts that are on display. Witness a roasted kalua pig, a luau delicacy, being taken out of the imu (traditional underground oven). The highlight is a superb five-course meal consisting of local favourites such as Maui-style fish, lomi lomi salmon and kamo hummus. Tuck into your meal while watching cultural performances that showcase the rich traditions of Hawaii.
