Hayes & Jarvis provided a wonderful hassle free holiday. The initial itinerary satisfied all our requirements and wishes. There were no unexpected surprises or disappointments. The flights, hotels, transfers and trips were all as advertised. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would use Hayes & Jarvis again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an overseas holiday.
Photos have their limits the actual experience of being there is priceless maybe that’s why I have done this trip twice with the addition of Laos on the second tour, the guides and tour drivers are especially attentive.
Sri Lanka is a wonderful country to visit, the people are friendly and helpful and the options of both relaxing by the lovely sandy beaches or visiting the many great tourist spots across the country make it a must do for any avid traveler

Hayes & Jarvis understood the assignment from the off, I want to see Japan like I’m never going back, and we did just that !! However we would definitely go back it was that good! Everything was easy because it was made easy – if you get stuck you always have someone you can talk to on hand – I feel completely satisfied that we did and saw everything we wanted to as requested. Thoroughly impressed and I am already recommending Hayes & Jarvis.

Attention to detail was exceptional with detailed itineraries provided. James kept in touch during the planning stages and Megan was available prior to our trip and during with her local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Little touches made a big impact, from wishing us a good trip on our departure date to a note just asking us if everything was ok while away. Able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing someone was attending to the little details and there for us if needed. We would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

An amazing trip and insight into Vietnam, its culture and people. I fell in love with every place I visited. I was fortunate to have great tour guides that became friends, imparting amazing information and history of their country and its culture.
