From the planning stage to the last day of our holiday we were very pleased with the service given by Hayes & Jarvis. Brian our trip co-ordinator kept in touch with us without being intrusive. The transport connections were all in good quality vehicles and on time. The excursions were very professional. Our trip should of taken place four years ago but got cancelled due to Covid. We received a no quibble refund and were pleased to re-book when the opportunity arose. We were travelling with Hayes & Jarvis in 2010. We were due to fly home from Cairo when the ash cloud hit and thousands of flights were cancelled. Hayes & Jarvis booked us into an hotel near the airport and arranged food and drink during our stay. They arranged for us to be flown out of Cairo as soon as practicable. We will certainly use Hayes & Jarvis for our next special holiday.
Hayes & Jarvis is a great tour provider, and we can recommend it to anyone. James understood our wishes and, in a very short time, created the perfect itinerary! Impressive, and thank you 🙂

We had the most amazing time in Costa Rica. Thidara had put together an excellent itinerary for us, meaning we experienced a number of different areas in this beautiful country. We saw loads of wildlife, stayed in wonderful hotels and had fantastic weather. I would highly recommend visiting Costa Rica!
