Just brilliant from start to finish
I’ve just returned from Thailand, my first holiday after the COVID (world wide) pandemic. Booked through Hayes and Jarvis, I can only commend the Hays and Jarvis team that coordinated my trip and looked after me throughout the whole holiday process. Long haul trips can be daunting, but Hayes and Jarvis made the seeming difficult administration bits easy, stayed in touch with me to ensure I had no problems while on holiday, so far away from home, which helped make my trip stress free and most enjoyable, I highly recommend
Our entire trip was fantastic from start to finish – we basically had 3 mini holidays in one trip! Our dream of going on safari become a reality and we also had time to relax on the beautiful beach of Mauritius to end our honeymoon.

An amazing bucket list adventure ticked off with Hayes & Jarvis. Our Kenyan Safari itinerary was carefully thought through and we saw 3 very different Kenyan safari landscapes. Booking was easy, the pre-travel information was thorough and the rest was simple and to the point, the team were on hand with questions on visa applications and arrangements in a timely manner. Overall, the combination of the safari, excellent accommodation, food, guides, attention to detail and the generally relaxed atmosphere made for a very enjoyable safari. Highly recommended.
Travelling along the Mekong Delta in a small boat was out of this world – truly magical as was being part of a personal Buddhist blessing. These were experiences we will remember for the rest of our lives – thank you Hayes & Jarvis!
