We were very happy with the entire package. They considered our budget and time scales and fitted it around Indian holy festivals. Guides, transfers, accommodation and activities all perfect.
Staff are always available and ready to assist with any issues. Totally trustworthy and great service.

Wonderful company and staff to give you a fantastic holiday even if you want to go too other places whichever is not on their tours as there staff have travel and lived in different parts off where they go so they are very knowledgeable about the area and they will help you as much as possible to give you amazing holiday
Just returned from 2 weeks in Malaysia. H&J did a superb job: beautiful locations, great hotels and efficient guides and drivers. We felt well looked after every step of the way and recommend this company without hesitation.
Kenya is a wonderful country with wonderful people. If your safari experience is anything like ours, then it will exceed all of your expectations. Our driver, Daniel, amazed us with his knowledge and helped to make our safari experience particularly enjoyable. We did feel that the only downside was the persistent and often quite intimidating sellers and equally the uncomfortable visit to the Masai Village, which we think people should be warned about in advance. Overall, however, we had an incredible Honeymoon and would recommend this trip to anyone!

Hayes and Jarvis, organised a wonderful bespoke trip for us to Borneo and New Zealand. The quality of support was superb, despite my nervousness as a traveller I was reassured throughout . Our trip coordinator Brian was absolutely amazing! Right from when we booked our honeymoon, making sure we had all the correct documents and information we needed before we went and even had a zoom call to run through our whole itinerary. During the trip if we needed anything Brian was there any time we needed him via WhatsApp. He even brought us both a gift before we set of on our safari. We had a bit of a lay over when we travelled from Kenya to Zanzibar and Brian asked if we’d like to meet him for lunch, he was such a kind man and even payed for our lunch. He checked in on us from time to time to make sure everything was ok and even managed to get us special treatments at all 3 places we stayed. This made our honeymoon that much special and it was also my wife’s birthday while we were away and Brian and the team got us a private dinner and cake. We honestly could not of asked for anymore from Brain and the team and would very much highly recommend to everyone!!
