Amazing experience. Maldives was beyond anything we had imagined. Jasdeep was amazing from start to finish. Great service – felt looked after from initial enquiry to return journey.
We cannot put into words how amazing the whole trip was. It was beyond our expectations and both Matthew and Elena were brilliant from start to finish. Each of them answered all of our most stupid questions and were a great help throughout, no matter what time of day! Matthew heard what we wanted to do on our trip and built an amazing itinerary along with recommendations for things that we would have never have done or had even heard of. We will always be grateful that you built our honeymoon and helped us make such amazing memories. Elena was fantastic helping us throughout the journey when we had questions or needed a little help along the way. Knowing that she was there was a definite load off our minds.
My trip and experience were excellent. Great customer service and attention to detail, catering to my needs whether it was travel, accommodation or experiences. I’d definitely use this company again!

Our travel consultant Thidara asked a few but very relevant questions to understand what’s important to us when we travel. The itinerary that she put together was fantastic, varied and well paced. The drivers were punctual and polite, the tour guides knowledgeable and interesting, and the hotels spotless and welcoming. Kevin our coordinator was excellent, returning calls promptly. We will certainly look first at Hayes and Jarvis for our next holiday.
I would definitely recommend Hayes and Jarvis. They are experts in their field… certainly for long haul trips like ours.
We have used Hayes and Jarvis for several years, Jas (main contact) was recommended to us by a friend and he has travelled to everywhere he suggests, he understands what we like and is very tolerant to our change of minds or plans changing. The quality of service is awesome and I have no issues recommending Hayes and Jarvis as a travel agent.
It ticked all our boxes and we were able to add in additional items during our trip.
LOVED the windsor in Copacabana… Lovely hotel (we weren’t’ nearly as impressed with the Pastana). Buzios was a wonderful hit for young teens. Alex our guide was wonderful and we actually employed him for an extra day. He was very easy to have about and made everything so much easier.
