Mark Larwood co-ordinated the perfect visit to South Africa and Mozambique taking in Cape Town, Franschhook, a safari and a beach holiday. Mention must be made of the local staff involved including Deen (chauffeur), Trevor (ranger) and Olivia (beach resort manager). Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Not one of the destinations disappointed. A truly memorable experience.
Our holiday to India was the best – literally. It far exceeded our expectations and we have many cherished memories. It was well organised, the service was excellent, the hotels to a high standard, our driver was superb and we loved the attention to the smallest of details. Thank you.

Hayes & Jarvis looked after us from start to finish. We had an idea in mind of what we wanted to do and they took the stress away from us and made it happen. The support and attentiveness from the moment we landed was great and the activities they lined up for us were brilliant. We loved every second of our holiday and were gutted when it was over!! The tailor made safari experience was exactly what we wanted and exceeded all our expectations in terms of animal sightings, quality of accommodation, camp size, variety of habitats, knowledgeable guides and meeting other interesting like minded people. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hayes and Jarvis.
This trip was the trip of a lifetime and Hayes and Jarvis made this possible for us. They planned everything perfectly and it was everything we wanted and more. From the moment we got to the airport in London to the moment we got back there, everything was perfect.

Our recent trip to Japan was the most memorable experience thanks to the team members and local guides who facilitated our journey along the way. An enormous thanks to Chris Cook and to the lovely Shagufta Sumbul – we felt in safe hands from the moment we made the first contact up to our return home after a wonderful holiday. The whole itinerary rolled out like clock-work. The choice of hotels was just perfect in each location and facilitated getting around ourselves outside our organized activities. The choice of activities enabled us to see and experience delights we didn’t know existed !We cannot sing the praises of Hayes and Jarvis highly enough – they are so professional. Thank you to everyone involved in our trip and we will definitely be using your services again.
Hayes & Jarvis were able to provide the two of us with a tailored trip that allowed us to explore new places, cultures and allowed us to visit our friends who live in KL. The support from trip creation right the way through to getting home was second to none. We had every question answered and even had our trip Co-ordinator just check in with us every couple of days to see how we were and how everything was going.We were visiting an area of the world that was not overly friendly to our way of life, and having that extra support made us feel safe and confident. It also allowed us to visit our friends in KL and spend time with them. Thank you to the Hayes & Jarvis team for turning our trip into a spectacular success.
