“Without hesitation we would highly recommend travellers to use Hayes and Jarvis to help organize and plan their trip. Our recent trip to Japan was the most memorable experience thanks to the team members and local guides who facilitated our journey along the way. An enormous thanks to Chris Cook and to the lovely Shagufta Sumbul – we felt in safe hands from the moment we made the first contact up to our return home after a wonderful holiday. The whole itinerary rolled out like clock-work. The choice of hotels was just perfect in each location and facilitated getting around ourselves outside our organized activities. “Hayes & Jarvis were able to provide the two of us with a tailored trip that allowed us to explore new places, cultures and allowed us to visit our friends who live in KL. The support from trip creation right the way through to getting home was second to none. We had every question answered and even had our trip Co-ordinator just check in with us every couple of days to see how we were and how everything was going.We were visiting an area of the world that was not overly friendly to our way of life, and having that extra support made us feel safe and confident. “This is the first time we have used Hayes and Jarvis and the first time we have been offered a full time concierge for our holiday, we don’t think our holiday would have run as smoothly as it did without Miriam, she truly is a huge asset to the operation. The communication is excellent and the trip agent app is so easy to use, it helped us stay organised throughout the trip.”

“The holiday itself was simply excellent. We loved every moment 🙂 Hayes and Jarvis really go the extra mile for their guests, from my initial enquiry onwards they were prompt, efficient and friendly. The support we received pre-departure was excellent, but it was the support received during the trip when we had issues with our return flight (not H&J's fault) that really stood out as an amazing example of customer care. Every detail of sorting out replacement flights and accommodation was taken care of for us, so that we could enjoy the remainder of our trip. If only every company provided customer care like this!”

“Our original travel planner Thidara listened carefully to what we wanted and was fantastic at arranging the perfect accommodation.All lodges/rooms were ideal for our needs and most to an excellent standard. Our 24/7 concierge Jeniffer was excellent at checking in with us and arranging things with local handlers. We were very impressed with Hayes and Jarvis and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
