It was a pleasure working with Mark to plan our holiday. He was very collaborative and listened carefully to our requests and preferences. The result was a stimulating and enjoyable holiday spending time in the best places in Tasmania.

The support provided by the Travel Consultant and Trip Coordinator was reassuring from the changes to the original flights to the wonderful beach barbecue organised by Ravi and the check in call the day before we left the island – fabulous service.
I would thoroughly recommend Hayes and Jarvis, the service we received from Jasdeep in the UK and Vanesa in the US was exceptional. They both made us feel like we was their only customer and nothing was too much trouble. Our trip was amazing and the experience from start to finish was brilliant.
Really enjoyed the flexibility of our trip. Nice that we are ‘listened to’ and that it really was the holiday of a lifetime.
From sending the first email to enquire about a safari to returning home from the trip we was very impressed with the level of service from Hayes and Jarvis. Chris worked with us to organise the trip exactly how we wanted. With little personal knowledge we relied on Chris and his experience/suggestions with regards to booking which was really helpful. Joan then took over once we had booked the trip. She was professional, approachable and friendly from the first contact we had with her through till the return of the trip. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded to all enquiries so quickly. She also organised a birthday celebration for my husband who was celebrating his birthday whilst we were away. It really felt like if we had a problem we could raise this if needed but this never was the case. Emmanuel our tour guide/driver throughout the trip was fantastic. His knowledge regarding the trip/animals was second to none and he worked so hard covering the distances between locations and on game drives. He was so friendly it really did feel like we was travelling with a friend. he went above and beyond throughout the trip to which we are truly grateful. Having the second part of the trip booked in Zanzibar to relax was the perfect compliment to the Safari. We would certainly recommend this as a way to relax.The trip as a whole really was sensational.
Everything was taken care of, no need to worry about late pick ups or being large groups, our private chauffeurs and guides were all excellent and spoke English to a high level. The local rep was available at all times to assist if needed.
Hayes & Jarvis crafted the trip of a lifetime for me and my new husband for our honeymoon. Truly a world apart and an adventure we’ll remember and treasure forever.
