Everything was taken care of, no need to worry about late pick ups or being large groups, our private chauffeurs and guides were all excellent and spoke English to a high level. The local rep was available at all times to assist if needed.

Our trip was tailored to our specific requests and allowed us to enjoy the highlights of India whilst also accessing the historical knowledge we wanted from experienced and knowledgeable guides. There was a seamless transition between the flights and hotel transfers which we very much appreciated.

Hayes and Jarvis/Enchanting Travels efficiently arranged our 2-week visit to the idyllic island of Komandoo in the Maldives in March 2023 as they had done on our previous visit in 2014. This time they patiently and efficiently managed two deferrals and rearrangements necessitated by my wife’s spine surgery.

A wonderful trip that encompassed the cultural heritage of a beautiful and friendly country. Together with the relaxation of stunning beach front retreats. All enjoyed due to the stress free organisation of Hayes and Jarvis.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Itinerary was well thought out and accommodations were top notch. Having a trip coordinator was especially beneficial. Paid close attention to the finer details and communicated preferences etc to hotels prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I am a young 82 year old!.. well in mind, not so much body, so although I wanted to have a Borneo adventure, my knees would not allow the trekking! So …. I had to have a tailor made trip that allowed me to see and soak up all the flora and fauna I could without the 4 hr treks in the jungle. !
