Thidara helped us plan our joint 60th getaway to a location I had only dreamt of going to previously – the Galapagos. When we had to make a decision to change our itinerary and pull out our Periu part of the holiday, due to incidents outside of H&J and our control, Thidara came up with different options. We saw so much wildlife in their natural habitat whilst on our cruise around the Galápagos Islands and our days were packed with great activity but we also had some “downtime” whilst staying in hotels either side of our cruise in Ecuador and on Santa Cruz (a lovely Galapagos island), which was just perfect. Zully was brilliant whilst we were in Ecuador and responded almost instantly with any query or questions we had.

As a solo traveller I was anxious about a 3 week tour of Vietnam and Thailand. My itinerary was so packed and my guides so wonderful that I forgot I was even worried in the first place. Every hotel and excursion was exceptional and Neethu’s daily check ins were so reassuring. I cannot recommend Vietnam and Thailand trips with Hayes and Jarvis enough and am already planning a safari holiday with Hayes and Jarvis now I know how safe you are with them

Our trip to Costa Rica was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary so needed to be very special. And it absolutely was! A fascinating, remarkable country with the most incredible wildlife. Memorable tours with expert guides helping you understand the animals, birds, forests and landscapes. Wonderful hotels, efficient transfers and on-going support if needed made for a stress free memorable experience.

During a time when we have become a society that reduces human interaction and when companies expect customers to do everything online, Hayes & Jarvis excel at doing things the old fashioned way – amazing, wonderful customer service with regular calls and contact from their brilliant staff members not just throughout our booking experience, but regularly throughout our actual trip as well.
