Our trip to Costa Rica was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary so needed to be very special. And it absolutely was! A fascinating, remarkable country with the most incredible wildlife. Memorable tours with expert guides helping you understand the animals, birds, forests and landscapes. Wonderful hotels, efficient transfers and on-going support if needed made for a stress free memorable experience.
During a time when we have become a society that reduces human interaction and when companies expect customers to do everything online, Hayes & Jarvis excel at doing things the old fashioned way – amazing, wonderful customer service with regular calls and contact from their brilliant staff members not just throughout our booking experience, but regularly throughout our actual trip as well. Hayes and Jarvis created our perfect honeymoon in India and the Maldives. The communication from staff and the experience and knowledge of our drivers and tour guides were exceptional and world class.
A fantastic, well organized trip of Japan that covered many of the key areas of Japan. A great mix of the old meets the new and a wonderful experience of traditional Japan. The Onsens in our rooms were fantastic and the food was spectacular. A great trip if you want to pack a lot in but with limited time to stay.

From the moment on arrival to every move along the way the precise and stunning one to one service and feeling of being taken care of made us feel very special indeed
On arriving in Tokyo we were greeted by an amazing driver who took us to our hotel, which was a great location to start our holiday from. This aspect of the holiday, having assistants to the trains, and drivers that were always prompt really took the stress out of travelling from place to place. The one time we did do it by ourselves then became stress free as we had a bit of experience on the transport system by them. Our guides were amazing, as were all the people that we met, and at the end of each tour they had become almost like friends and would share tips and information on other places where we could eat and visit. A good tip was the Government building in Tokyo (very close to our hotel) where you could visit the viewing gallery for free. Each place we visited offered something different, all had fascinating history, beautiful gardens to visit but with their own personalities and of course the beautiful cherry blossom. A highlight was a trip in Hakone where we witnessed the incredible Mount Fuji, which was quite overwhelming. Japan has so much to offer the list could be much longer, can’t wait to go again, and would definitely be using Hayes and Jarvis again.
