We used Hayes and Jarvis for our honeymoon travelling across western Canada. One thing that stood out for us was the level of personalised service before and during the trip. Canada is a wonderful place to visit and our trip was planned to ensure we saw and did everything we wanted.
Our Dubai trip coordinator Neethu Prakash kept us constantly apprised of matters which greatly enhanced our Dubai experience. This included providing us with contact information should we require any support. Little did I understand how important this would be! Having been chauffeured from our Hotel to Dubai airport for our return home, I realised that I’d inadvertently left my hand luggage (including our passports) in the taxi! I immediately called the emergency contact telephone number supplied by Neethu, and within 12 minutes (yes, 12 minutes!) the bag was returned safely to me. What a relief!
Excellent service and itinerary provided by Hayes and Jarvis in an area of the US with a high concentration of stunning scenery . Really enjoyable and worthwhile trip!
