This is our first trip with Hayes and Jarvis. Wow – what a great family adventure. Hayes and Jarvis suggested Hawaii as a perfect destination for our family. Oliver, our travel consultant, helped us put together a truly tailor made holiday. Vanessa, our trip coordinator, made it a very special experience.

This was our first time booking through Hayes & Jarvis and we had a fantastic holiday. Thidara was amazing during the booking process, recommending an itinerary and then tweaking it for our requirements (we have since booked another trip and once again she was really helpful). Everything during the holiday was exactly as expected and having a trip coordinator on hand is really helpful. I can’t wait to book more trips with Hayes & Jarvis!

We have used Hayes & Jarvis four times now and always have had excellent service from them. Our trip to Canada was up to their usual high standard. A special mention has to go to Beth Coombes our trip consultant and Rossana Parades our trip coordinator. Both were outstanding.
We would definitely recommend Hayes & Jarvis for any holiday and their arrangements and support throughout the stay are really excellent.
Worth the money to take away some hassle!
Valentina at Hayes & Jarvis planned a wonderful itinerary for our once in a lifetime safari holiday to Tanzania. Having just returned from the safari we cannot express how amazing the trip was and our sincere thanks to all those involved. Everyone went the extra mile to give us an incredible experience and memories. Cannot recommended highly enough.
This trip covered 5 countries and was truly a once in a lifetime holiday. I have experienced different cuisines that I have never heard of and seen landscapes that were truly stunning and the memories made will last for ever. I have seen sunsets that were breathtaking and been up close with animals that left me feeling completely humbled. Hayes and Jarvis were with me all the way, as was Sharon who was my point of contact throughout. Sharon deserves a medal and promotion and for me was everything good about H&J
Amazing service from Hayes & Jarvis. From Chris, who came up with the itinerary, and Sharon – our wonderful trip co-ordinator, to all the guides and drivers, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient which contributed to a fantastic experience in Thailand and a wonderful and seamless trip. Special thanks too to Sue, our lovely guide in Bangkok. It made the trip extra special to have someone with local knowledge, and experience show us the sights of this amazing city. Overall it was brilliant to have such a tailored holiday for our family of 4, with each of us liking slightly different things in a holiday – cities, rainforest, wildlife, activities, great food …and of course, a fabulous beach!
