Truly memorable family holiday. A genuine experience where we saw the big 5 up close and many more animals as well – highlights included a baby rhino and leopard, and the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. All made possible by an experienced and helpful safari driver and support throughout. Finished off with a relaxing few days at a pristine beach by the Indian Ocean.
Hayes & Jarvis organised a superb 4 week trip of lifetime to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore and Indonesia for our family of 5 – 3 teenage boys. We had 11 flights and 9 hotels in that time and everything worked so well – the hotels were all beautiful; the trips and activities varied and interesting and the support we had whilst travelling was very timely and helpful. We have amazing memories and would go back and do it all again.
Our trip was a carefully planned 30th Wedding Anniversary celebration…..we started conversation with Jasdeep, our Trip planner from Hayes & Jarvis, and we aimed to experience the cultures of Singapore, Bali & Lombok (His local knowledge built our trip and we are very grateful). Our trip then was passed to a Trip Co-ordinator, Namrata, from Enchanting Travels. We quickly received essential documents and participated in a video call, prior to departure. We created unforgettable memories and it is extremely hard to pick one highlight but….staying at The Samaya Hotel in Ubud and experiencing a 100 candle lit Anniversary Dinner on the banks of the river was incredible. A close second would be the magical moment swimming with turtles in the Gili Islands… indescribable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. To have a personal Trip Co-ordinator always available was priceless – we have never experienced this level of service and would fully recommend it for both reassurance and care. In addition, a personal driver and Guide for all transfers and trips was exceptional. Namrata contained to liaise with the company and ensure we experienced excellent service on all trips within our holiday.
Our trip adviser organised the trip so well we didn’t have to worry about transfers or our luggage at any point. This was all taken care of by the Hayes and Jarvis team. During our trip we stayed in six hotels and had nine flights. Each hotel fitting our needs perfectly and each flight was made without and hassle. We was picked up and dropped off at all the right times. The trip coordinator was contactable at all times, even at the weekends. We had two half day walking city tours, one two day tour and another one day tour. All the guides were very knowledgeable and were good company. We plan to have multi-destination holidays again and will definitely use Hayes and Jarvis.
Thank you for planning such an amazing South American adventure for us. The trip fulfilled all our travel dreams and so much more! We felt like special guests and were given the luxury treatment throughout. We loved having a trip co-ordinator to answer all our questions upfront and the fact that Claudia was on hand in case of any queries during our trip was reassuring.

We travelled with Hayes and Jarvis for a Kenyan safari, all I can say it was seamless, the holiday flowed perfectly. The care we received before, during and after was amazing. The experience will last me my lifetime and I can’t put into words how amazing it was.
