We would highly recommend Hayes and Jarvis for planning and executing the ‘trip of a lifetime’. We had 25 days to visit 6 destinations and from the planning stages with James, to the trip itself supported by our concierge Megan, we had a wonderful team who took our every wish into account and made things happen, including unforeseen changes of plans before and during the trip. Thank you and well done to James and Megan. If we get chance to do another such trip, we would have no hesitation in contacting Hayes and Jarvis’s team again.
We would recommend Hayes and Jarvis for USA holidays. They proved to select excellent accommodations. The companies selected for tours were really good (comparing to other comments during our trip).

Hayes & Jarvis took the time to understand our aspirations for this trip. They were able to put together an itinerary which included places that we had specified, mixed in with some fantastic suggestions that they had come up with. A couple of video calls with the local contact in Africa helped greatly with us preparing for the trip. The trip organistion and logistics were flawless. Overall a fantastic experience that will long live in our memories.
Couldn’t have wished for a better and more detailed itinerary provided by Hayes & Jarvis after talking to us first about what our wishes were. Full of information given prior to our holiday was given too so we could prepare and organise for all to be sorted prior to setting off on our holiday. The added bonus was our trip coordinator who looked after us via WhatsApp during our entire two weeks. We could not have wished for a better person. Huge thanks to Camila.
We had a well organised trip which covered the specific game reserves we wished to visit plus some suggested by our trip organiser. The accommodation and guides were very good and made for a very enjoyable and exhilarating holiday.

Mark at Hayes and Jarvis listened to what we wanted from the start and offered options and reassurance throughout the booking process. Everything went smoothly from transfers, rooms were set up according to our wishes with our sons and timings of the internal flights. It was a huge comfort having Cyprian available on Whatsapp to offer advice and guide us and it was a lovely gesture of him to come and see us in Nairobi and gift us blankets to use on your safari! We couldn’t fault the Karen Blixen Camp and the staff at all, they made my husbands birthday one to remember and our guide Simon was so friendly, making sure we saw everything we wanted too! We just wished we’d stayed longer on Safari as we all loved it. Thank you all!
