This trip was truly unforgettable and made very special through the support of Megan and Enchanting Travels who were our point of contact pre, during and post holiday and who really go the xtra mile. Kenya and the people of Kenya very special
Overall we have been highly delighted with our three stage holiday. Each part was very well planned and implemented. We would very much recommend using H&J’s services.
We had a fantastic trip one we will never forget thanks to hayes and Jarvis they made the trip personal best experience we have ever had and Kenny the coordinator was second to none anybody want a tailor made trip without any stress believe me hayes and Jarvis are your agent.
Our trip adviser organised the trip so well we didn’t have to worry about transfers or our luggage at any point. This was all taken care of by the Hayes and Jarvis team. During our trip we stayed in six hotels and had nine flights. Each hotel fitting our needs perfectly and each flight was made without and hassle. We was picked up and dropped off at all the right times. The trip coordinator was contactable at all times, even at the weekends. We had two half day walking city tours, one two day tour and another one day tour. All the guides were very knowledgeable and were good company. We plan to have multi-destination holidays again and will definitely use Hayes and Jarvis.
Truely memorable family holiday. A genuine experience where we saw the big 5 up close and many more animals as well – highlights included a baby rhino and leopard, and the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. All made possible by an experienced and helpful safari driver and support throughout. Finished off with a relaxing few days at a pristine beach by the Indian Ocean.
The Gorilla trekking was exceptional. Although we didn’t have to trek much to locate the gorilla family we’d been assigned, the experience was unforgettable. To be that close to a family of gorillas was so special. Then our safari in Tanzania was more than we ever expected. Being able to see the big 5 in just 3 days and see them in multiple locations and witness cheetah hunting, herds of elephants with their young and have a leopard walk right past the truck just a few feet from us was something we’ll never forget. We finished the holiday off with a few days in Zanzibar at a great hotel for a truly relaxing end to the trip. All the drivers and guides were brilliant, friendly and so knowledgable. The people of Uganda and Tanzania are also great, so friendly and hospitable. We can’t wait to go back and explore more. Beth and Brian at Hayes and Jarvis were perfect in how they handled everything from giving us loads of options and information to tailor the holiday around what we wanted to on demand support during the trip with any questions we had, always fast responses. Would definitely recommend
We had not previously used Hayes & Jarvis, but they responded quickly to our contact to organise a bespoke trip to Australia via Singapore. A proposed itinerary was quickly produced, refined and agreed with our allocated agent
A holiday that surpassed our greatest expectations. A safari across the Masai Mara where we stayed at the Governors Camp which exudes luxury, has a fantastic location and experienced, knowledgeable guides who went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible game drives. That was followed by a week in Zanzibar at the Marijani hotel which is a fantastic new hotel, perfectly located on the beautiful white sandy beach with the crystal clear sea. The hotel staff are amazing, friendly and can’t do enough for you. The various flights and transportation were really well organised and we felt supported throughout the whole holiday. It really was the holiday of a lifetime.
This was my first experience with Hayes and Jarvis and from the first phone call to the last contact with the driver who dropped us off at the airport on the way home from a 3 country trip of Southern Africa, everything went without a glitch. Everyone involved wanted to make the trip as interesting and enjoyable as possible.
James did an excellent job in listening to our needs and wants and putting together a very memorable trip. It made the organisation very easy.
I have wanted to go on safari for many years. This was a trip that met my expectations and more, it was a privilege to be able to see these animals in their own environment.
