- Useful Information: Exchange your voucher for your tickets at any of the 20 stops around the city - validity is 48 hours from first use. There is no guaranteed departure time for the Alcatraz Tour. Your Alcatraz tickets will need to be collected between 9am -10am from the Open Top Sightseeing office.
