I have been lucky to travel to 60 countries across the globe. My personal goal is to tick off every country in the world. Having previously worked abroad and on cruise ships as an entertainer, I have spent a longer period of time in destinations which has given me more in depth knowledge. I believe there is so much of the world left to see. I am extremely passionate to get out and about and see the destination whilst I am on holiday rather than sitting on the beach or by the pool. I love to experience different cultures and try local delicacies.
I am excited to share my experiences with our guests to create the most memorable holidays.
My favourite holidays…
My favourite experiences…
Favourite food from a destination I love
I like to taste all the local delicacies no matter how weird and wonderful they are. From dining on puffin and whale meat in a fancy restaurant in Iceland, to tucking into iguana from a shack overlooking the crystal clear waters of Curacao, the ultimate destination for flavoursome food, would have to be Sri Lanka. The varied and mouth watering curries were to die for. Each meal was a new dining experience and I especially enjoyed the breadfruit curry!
Favourite wildlife encounter
My favourite animal encounter would be a toss up between two. I will always remember the feeling of zipping through the snow on a husky sled in Lapland- it was such a magical moment! However more recently, I visited Mauritius where I was able to get up and close with a cheetah. It was such a beautiful creature and was a big softie when I was petting it as it fell asleep!
Favourite culture trip
When I travelled to China, I was in awe at the views of the Great Wall of China. I had the chance to hike part of the wall which was inspiring. I can’t forget about the private tour around the Forbidden City on this trip too. The ornate architecture and the scale of the site was breathtaking.
I'll always remember when…
The feeling of ziplining on the steepest zipline in the world in St Maarten- I even managed to bag a second go for free as the photograph taken on the ride came out blurry!
I would rank the wicker basket toboggan ride in Madeira up there too. Accessed by cable car from the capital, the journey to reach the toboggan ride was incredible for its views. From there, you board your toboggan and slide down the winding roads of the mountain. Such a thrilling experience!
