LIVING HERITAGE
Estancia Cerro Guido is a historic, fully operating Patagonian
ranch on over 100,000 hectares of private land. Sheep
farming shapes daily life, and guests experience an
authentic estancia where gaucho traditions, livestock, and
wildlife coexist in the same landscape.
FROM THE SADDLE
One of the most authentic ways of seeing Patagonia is on
horseback. Guided by local baqueanos, guests ride across
open steppe, lenga forests and remote valleys, following
traditional cattle trails with the granite towers of Torres del
Paine on the horizon.
OPEN YEAR-ROUND
Open throughout the year, guests can experience the territory
in every season, from long summer to snowy winter days.

CONSERVATION IN ACTION Cerro Guido is home to
one of Patagonia’s leading puma research and coexistence
initiatives. The Conservation Safari introduces guests to
ongoing scientific work, promoting responsible wildlife
observation and a deeper understanding of the balance
between ranching and native fauna.
WIDE OPEN SPACES
The estancia offers an all-inclusive experience where local
gastronomy, guided explorations, and seamless transfers are
thoughtfully integrated into the stay. The historic property
unfolds across open steppe landscapes with sweeping views
toward Torres del Paine.
WINTER PROGRAMME (May to August)
The newly launched Winter programme features exclusive
activities with a strong conservation focus. Guests may
explore the remote landscapes of Sierra Baguales on
snowshoes, navigate Lake Grey among ice floes, and
experience Patagonia at its most intimate and dramatic.
