HORSEBACK THROUGH PATAGONIA, 
ARGENTINA
Saddle up at a traditional Argentinian estancia to explore 
the rugged beauty of Patagonia from the back of a Criollo 
horse. The landscape of pampas grasslands, water bodies, 
and distant snow-capped peaks unfurls at a measured pace. 
Watch guanacos moving across the plains and perhaps a 
condor soaring overhead. After exploring hidden glacial 
valleys and blue lakes, return to the estancia for an authentic 
asado (barbecue) and the company of friendly gauchos.

YELLOW WATER BILLABONG CRUISE, KAKADU, 
AUSTRALIA
Looking out from the boat at Yellow Water Billabong in 
Kakadu National Park, the scenery feels like a watercolour 
painting. Paperbark and pandanus trees rise directly from 
the wetlands, shaped by seasonal flooding. As the boat 
moves through the channels, guides point out saltwater 
crocodiles along the banks, herds of buffalo in the shallows, 
and an extraordinary diversity of birdlife. The pace is
