AERIAL WONDERS: FLIGHTS & BALLOONS
AUSTRALIA
SEAPLANE OVER THE GREAT BARRIER REEF, QUEENSLAND
A seaplane ride over the Great Barrier Reef is all about appreciating the incredible
scale and diversity of the world’s largest coral reef system, stretching 2,253
kilometres! Transition from the marbled white sands of Hill Inlet to turquoise reef
lagoons and the inky blue depths beyond the reef’s edge. Bank low over Hardy
Reef and admire the iconic silhouette of Heart Reef. Don polarised glasses to cut
the glare so you can spot the dark shadows of manta rays drifting through the
turquoise shallows.
