Built by the royal family of Nepal, Suryauday Haveli is a heritage boutique hotel located on Shivala Ghats, a short walk from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Arrive at the haveli by boat and check into rooms that feature sparkling chandeliers, warm wooden furniture, comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms with hot and cold water supply. Some rooms offer peaceful views of the Ganges, a wonderful sight to wake up in the morning. Start the day with an invigorating and meditative yoga session on the rooftop, or spend time basking in the first rays of the sun.
The in-house restaurant offers a good selection of Indian, Indo-Chinese and Continental dishes, with breakfast served on the terrace. The hotel also arranges candlelight dinners on request.
