Outdoor Pool
An oversized infinity style swimming pool overlooking the beach with direct access to South Beach boardwalk. The large pool has a paddling area one side which is ideal for families with young children. The hotel offers a poolside pampering concierge service which includes chilled hand towels, water misting, smoothies, frozen grapes and suntan lotion misting offered at intervals throughout the day. There is also a children’s play area and a private cabana area for a more luxurious way to chill out by the poolside.
Exhale Spa and Fitness Centre
Located in the hotel’s historic St. Moritz tower, exhale spa features 16 treatment rooms, a steam room and a whirpool. The fitness centre includes an expansive gym and a Mind and Body studio where guests are able to take part in Core Fusion and yoga classes.

Sushi SoBe
This sushi bar is situated in the hotel lobby and offer traditional sushi favourites with a South Beach twist. Sushi SoBe is open from 6pm to 10pm during the week and until 11pm on Friday and Saturday for dinner. Enjoy a quiet table for two, join a group on a communal table or sit at the sushi bar and enjoy sushi made with the freshest ingredients whilst watching the chefs at work.
Nautilus Bar & Grill
Take a break from the waves, the pool and the sunshine and relax in this poolside bar. The menu offers a variety of cocktails, soft drinks and light snacks. Open from 11am to dusk.
Lure Fishbar
This yacht-inspired restaurant offers a full selection of cooked fish and non-seafood items plus a wide variety of sushi, oysters and fresh shellfish. Decorated in a very sophisticated Art Deco style, the bar menu also includes and adventurous assortment of cocktails.
SoBe Scoops
SoBe scoops is and ice cream and candy shop offering sorbets, gelatos, sundaes, shakes, pastries, Starbucks coffee and a wall of candy. There is something in here for everyone in the family to enjoy. Open from 12pm – 11pm.
