The trip we requested was a “Once in a lifetime” experience and that is exactly what we received. So very happy with everything from the initial contact through to our final meeting with the local contact in Lima on our last night. Could not have wished for more.

We have just spent 2 weeks at the Ravenala attitude and cannot praise the hotel and it’s staff enough. The hotel is 4 star but in our personal opinion is more like 5 star. The hotel staff go above and beyond for you. They do everything with an open heart. We received a fantastic honeymoon experience and are looking forward to returning. The customer service at Hayes and Jarvis has been amazing.
