This was the first time I had used this company and had a number of specific requests for taking my young grandchildren on safari. I was very impressed with the way an itinerary was put together which covered everything I had asked for. The actual holiday itself was totally stress free with meet and greet, transfers and game lodge (Impodimo lodge Madikwe) being totally above our expectations. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

Family trip to Japan. What an amazing country, so many beautiful shrines and temples, Mt Fuji, street food, city skyscrapers at night viewed through observation towers, the bullet train. Japanese people so friendly, helpful and polite, everything runs so well, no litter on the streets. We would definitely recommend Hayes and Jarvis, individualised package, support before and during the trip, all made the trip so much better. Big thank you to Andy and Anchal, you really did help to make our dreams come true and Anchal was there to support us when things didn’t go so smoothly (which was rare).

When planning our honeymoon, we wanted a bespoke holiday experience that allowed us to be hands off and enjoy the experience, which H&J suited perfectly! The coordination and timeliness of response was excellent and we had a great balance of activities and solo time. The app was a fantastic tool to use throughout the honeymoon and was updated regularly so we used it every day. We had the best honeymoon!

Our trip was truly personalised to ensure it included everything we enjoy. The organisation and notification via the app was extremely helpful. Flights were on time and a great experience throughout. All hotels were of an excellent standard. We cannot thank the hotel staff enough for looking after us so beautifully . our guides in Bali and Lombok were amazing, always punctual and great fun. We highly recommend Bali and Lombok as a cultural and tropical holiday experience
