I would definitely recommend Hayes and Jarvis. They are experts in their field… certainly for long haul trips like ours.

We have used Hayes and Jarvis for several years, Jas (main contact) was recommended to us by a friend and he has travelled to everywhere he suggests, he understands what we like and is very tolerant to our change of minds or plans changing. The quality of service is awesome and I have no issues recommending Hayes and Jarvis as a travel agent.

It ticked all our boxes and we were able to add in additional items during our trip.

LOVED the windsor in Copacabana… Lovely hotel (we weren’t’ nearly as impressed with the Pastana). Buzios was a wonderful hit for young teens. Alex our guide was wonderful and we actually employed him for an extra day. He was very easy to have about and made everything so much easier.

Seamless from start to finish. I can not fault Hayes and Jarvis. We had a fantastic holiday personalised perfectly by Hayes and Jarvis plus knowing that our Travel Consultant was only ever a message or call away was so very reassuring. Very grateful to Hayes and Jarvis as we had such a wonderful family holiday.

Well organised, fairly priced, good back up, good communication and stress free.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Really well organised, a proactive trip coordinator who reached out with all our travel information before we asked. Meeru was like paradise with the added bonus of a fabulous NYE celebration. Can’t wait to go back x
