We choose to use Hayes and Jarvis for our honeymoon after an initial consultation with Mark, he was very accommodating to what we wanted. He filled us with confidence in using Hayes and Jarvis. From start to finish we had great experiences. Having a good Trip coordinator whilst you are away is a great plus. Every trip has minor hiccups or confusions, but this was all sorted immediately without any stress. Which for an anxious traveller this put my mind at ease. I will certainly use Hayes and Jarvis again.

All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and on your trip you will be hosted by friendly local guides who just want you to have the best experience of their country from the minute you arrive. Hayes and Jarvis have really thought out the best way to provide complete support during your holiday whilst also appreciating you will want time and space to enjoy quiet moments on your trip. Throughout our trip to Vietnam we kept commenting on how impressed with Hayes and Jarvis we were and how they ‘just got it’
We highly recommend this holiday. There was so much variety in where we went and stayed. Also knowing we had piece of mind having a trip coordinator on the other end of the phone if we experienced any problems
Well organised and planned. Financially we knew that everything other the food/gifts etc was paid for upfront, piece of mind that all the touts were booked ahead of time.
Don’t think about going with anyone else, I have been spoiled and will never travel with anyone else.
I would highly recommend this Safari through Hayes & Jarvis as the whole experience ran like clockwork and the people involved couldn’t have been more nice nor more professional. The camp, the hotels all 5 star !
