This is the second big trip we have booked with Hayes and Jarvis and could not recommend them enough. They are definitely our go to when we want a holiday of a lifetime. Each trip has gone so smoothly and has took the stress out of planning. All the team although remote are very easy to contact and so friendly in addition to their third party companies especially enchanted travels.

The itinerary meant we didn’t have to decide what to do when and all transport arrangements were taken care of. We could really relax and enjoy the adventures, making it a truly wonderful holiday. Vietnam is a beautiful and fascinating country with lovely people and enticing food.

We cannot fault the service we received from start to finish, especially ongoing support from our trip coordinator, Divya Bist, whilst at the the Pullman Resort. The resort itself was first class in terms of both the service of the staff and the facilities on offer.
