They suggested exceptional hotels, the most convenient of flights and helpful chauffeurs and 24/7 co-ordinators to support us on our trip. It was the best family holiday of our life.
Hayes & Jarvis were very knowledgeable about Canada and helped us put together a wonderful itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble. Having a contact while we were away was also very helpful and useful when we had a few issues that needed to be dealt with.
From booking back in June 2022, through to our return home we’ve felt confident contacting the team, with questions either big or small. These have all been answered promptly and professionally by differing staff members. Our trip was meticulously planned and as a result ran like clockwork.
I cannot rate this travel company high enough. From beginning to end of the trip, there was no fault and everything had exceeded my expectations. If we required any assistance there were a phone call away and had no problem helping us. It was also reassuring to know that they were in contact with the guides on occasions to check that everything was going to plan.
Planning a trip to the other side of the world can be extremely daunting. However Hayes and Jarvis made this extremely easy as well as recommending placing that we never even would have thought of.
A truly excellently planned and coordinated trip by Hayes & Jarvis. A perfect mix of culture, nature and relaxation staying in very good hotels and resorts. The ongoing interaction during the trip is spot on, regular without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend Hayes & Jarvis.
The trip and experiences at the elephant hills are awesome, the lodges and the camps are truly and amazing, memories that you and your family will remember for ever.
Thidara at Hayes and Jarvis came up with a great safari and beach itinerary so that my wife could celebrate her 70th birthday with our daughter, husband and grandchildren. She found 2 great safari lodges where we had sightings of the big 5 plus many other animals including cheetah, painted dog and aardvark. Of the 2 Motswiri Lodge deserves special mention for its location, the friendliness of its staff and guides/rangers, Elliot was particularly good and the grandchildren interacted well with him. The lodge also turned my wife’s birthday in a very special event. The Beach part of the holiday also gave us what we needed in that the meals at the hotel were buffet so the grandchildren, 7 and 9, could go off and pick the food they liked to eat, but there were also a range of other restaurants that the adults could book to get a quiet meal. The hotel also offered a range of water activities, within the price of the package, which meant that the family could spend the day snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing, without the thoughts of racking up large bills. The balance of 6 days safari and 5 days at the beach was about right. We were under time constraints anyway, but the grandchildren were about safaried out with two, 3 hour game drives a day starting at 6:00am, and so after 6 days were ready for a change.
We booked our honeymoon using Hayes and Jarvis/Enchanting Travels and cannot recommend them highly enough! When we were initially planning our honeymoon Thidara listened carefully to us to ensure we could make our dream trip a reality. We were particularly impressed by the choice of hotels/accommodation they offered which you could tell had been expertly and carefully chosen. On our trip our travel consultant Ruth was always on hand to offer support and guidance and we felt so well looked after. All the guidance and tips they provided were amazing. We spent 10 on our dream honeymoon doing safari in Kenya and then some beach time in Zanzibar. We were blown away by all our accommodation and all the amazing people we encountered. We would not hesitate to use Hayes and Jarvis in the future.
Our Hayes and Jarvis trip to Vietnam and Singapore was meticulously planned and the support we received before and during the trip was second to none. Thoroughly recommended.

We visited Vancouver and Vancouver island. The holiday was perfect! Scenery, wildlife, hotel choices, locations and travel between the different hotels during our stay was effortless. We loved our holiday!
