Wonderful safari, wonderful service, from start to finish. We were listened to and made quite a few changes along the way, ending up with our personal itinerary, which was just perfect for us. We got the accommodation and experiences that WE wanted and never felt pressured. Advice was given, suggestions made, but in the end, it was our decision. All travel and transfers went smoothly and we were looked after before we went, and while we were there. Great to have our own personal contact. Loved the whole holiday in Botswana, and would thoroughly recommend.

Thidara at Hayes and Jarvis created a perfect itinerary for our visit to South Africa. She incorporated tours and tickets for sightseeing attractions and organised all transfers and international and domestic flights. We were offered hotel options at different price points. She was in no way pushy and listened carefully to our preferences. I’d thoroughly recommend using Hayes and Jarvis for a trip to South Africa

This was the second time that H & J have booked a Maldives holiday for us and now we wouldn’t use anyone else. The attention to detail when suggesting or recommending suitable islands was impressive and the island we chose couldn’t have been more perfect. Having always made a point of trying out different islands we would now go straight back to Hideaway because if we went anywhere else we’d be wishing we were there. Every aspect of the planning and booking process was thorough with a lot of personal input from our H & J consultant. The documentation was accurate and explicit. The transfers to & from the island were smooth as silk thanks to the input from the associated agent in India who kept in close contact with us. I can’t begin to explain the wonder of the island in a short paragraph but it is a paradise far removed from the real world. The island wildlife and the undersea world of the coral reef are spectacular. Such a privilege to have seen it all. The island was at full capacity when we stayed and yet the beaches and swimming pools were deserted. The only times we saw people were mealtimes. The over-water villa was spacious, well equipped and very luxurious. Fully serviced twice daily and spotlessly clean. The private pool was fresh water and crystal clear – very well maintained. Now I’ll spend the rest of today dreaming that I’m back there……………….
