Just a brilliant holiday of course problems arise when you are travelling for a month with eight hotels and nine flights but when you have Claudia to smooth out any thing life is a breeze.

Hayes and Jarvis are experts at making your ideal itinerary become a reality. Our trip to Borneo was an incredible and amazing experience. Our best trip ever. We did not have to worry about any of the transportation details – transfers and pickups were carried professionally and punctually. Accommodation excellent in every way as were the activities. Staff at every place we stayed did everything possible to make our stay a truly positive experience.
All that was booked, from the actual booking process to the holiday itself was as as expected from H&J, and it’s employees. As always special mention for Chris Cook. Also to Divya Bist for her attentiveness during the holiday.
If you’re thinking about going to Australia don’t hesitate just do it ! Hamilton island was the most amazing place I have ever ever seen it’s un real and the Great Barrier Reef, the heart of the reef was out of this world !!! We took a helicopter ride which we booked on the island on the beech hotel, we did the boat trip to chalkies beach and it was beautiful ! We then flew to Beerwah and went to the Australia zoo and met Steve Irwin’s family and that was a day I was looking forward to for 30 years, it didn’t disappoint, it was incredible! This team look after you so well, listen to your needs and wants and are so reliable ! Thank you !
