Haynes & Jarvis allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our trip, in the knowledge that everything was taken care of, and seamlessly organised. Our travel coordinator was available throughout, and helped to iron out any small issues. A trip of a lifetime ——— thank you !!!
Hayes & Jarvis have been professional from day one. The travel advisor and trip co-ordinator we’re both friendly and knowledgeable They were quick to respond to any changes we needed to make and we felt as if we were secure in the knowledge there was help at hand should we need it. Excellent service.
Fabulous safari holiday! Great service, advice and as always superb places to stay. We love having that extra special service, always knowing there is someone on hand to keep you updated and sort any issues that arise. Looking forward to the next adventure with you!
This was our first time that we have used Hayes and Jarvis and they were exceptional in every detail. We really felt that we received a tailored personal service from the fist contact with the booking agent to the attention of the personal travel coordinator. We have never been on such a stress free holiday where we were so well looked after. Also the standard of the hotels selected for us exceeded our expectations. We would now only use Hayes and Jarvis.
This was an excellent trip, extremely well planned and thought out, it was the second major holiday we booked with Hayes and Jarvis and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again, superb in every way
Hayes and Jarvis are an amazing company to deal with and we would not hesitate to use them again.
We cannot rate Hayes and Jarvis, and their organisation highly enough. We toured Southern India in comfort, feeling safe and looked after at every turn, from our initial contact with Thidara, liaising with Shruti our Indian contact and every one of our guides during the tour. We had a wonderful driver who made it complete. We will definitely use Hayes and Jarvis again when the opportunity arises.
I would also like to add that Vanesa was amazing! She was on hand throughout the trip helping with documents etc … Helping when BA let us down with our flights. Generally a rather splendid and capable human being who was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
We had the most fantastic trip to South Africa that exceeded our expectations, it was like 4 holidays in one! Thank you to everyone involved in working hard to provide the best holiday. We are happy we chose Hayes and Jarvis and happy we chose Virgin airlines to fly with. We would recommend Hayes and Jarvis to anyone, they really did organise things so that we had no stress, no problems just lots of happy holiday memories. There were dozens of people involved in helping to organise our trip or provide accommodation and they were all fantastic.
When we started planning this trip I contact three three tailor made tour operators, Andy Finlay was the only one who kept in touch and was very helpful that is why he secured our business for Hayes and Jarvis.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Snorkelling on the reef and diving with the amazing fish in the beautiful blue ocean, the food was very tasty 🤤 especially the Maldivian buffet, we drank cocktails on the beach every night , walked round the island after a lovely breakfast each morning followed by a coffee and ice cream at the coffee bar everything else was a bonus, oh and a few massages, and how could you not love a Maldivian island they are all beautiful each with their own personality!!!!!
We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Hayes and Jarvis for your holiday. The experience we had was exceptional from start to finish. Chris, who organised our trip was superb, knowledgeable, professional and he always responded immediately to any of our questions. The transport, guide, hotels, excursions were all very good. A true holiday of a lifetime! We can’t wait to book with H and J again and organise our next adventure! Thank You
