I love to build multi-centre, experiential and once in a lifetime holidays. Often, as I am returning home from a trip, I find myself thinking where should I go next? And no matter what destination I decide on, I always choose authentic experiences that let me live like a local. I know the Indian Ocean, Asia, the Caribbean and Europe inside out. And with every holiday I plan, I give special attention to exactly what my guests are looking for and what is important to them. Excellent beaches? Unique activities? Great food? Ask and I will tell you what the sand between your toes feels like in the Maldives, which trails in Vietnam take you off the beaten path, or what street food to eat at Oistins in Barbados where I grew up.

Favourite local food from a destination I love
One of my favourite dining experiences of all time was at the Fairmont in the Maldives. They served a delicious spread of fresh local fish caught that day and served on a Sushi & Sashimi style platter paired with a different wine – an amazing foodie experience!
Favourite wildlife encounter
It has to be Yala National park in Sri Lanka. We managed to spot a leopard in the first half an hour into the safari which is extremely rare and got close to the elephants in Minneriya. It was lovely seeing them in their natural habitat.
Favourite cultural experience
On a visit to the Tha Khao village while staying at Tree Tops in Koh Yao Noi, I took part in traditional Batik painting. It was a great experience to be able to get involved with the local community and do something different.
I'll always remember when…
I loved the feeling of soaring through the air, whilst watching thousands of trees disappear beneath me in the Antiguan rainforest. My arms were stretched out in front of me in sheer delight as I flew through the verdant rainforest on a zip-line. The adrenaline and the bird’s eye view of flora, fauna and numerous bird species in the rainforest invoked a great passion for travel. After Antigua, I travelled to over 4 different continents and I’ll always remember the Maldives and Sri Lanka as 2 of my favourite destinations.
