Here, all the safaris were on foot or in open jeeps, not boats. We spotted wild orangutans in the treetops, 220 EPC SSOhornbills swooping overhead, and on a night drive, the rare sighting of a leopard cat stalking through the dark. After the safaris, we hiked up to a mud volcano, where we enjoyed a natural, cleansing facial mud pack.My trip to Malaysia perfectly blended the best of both worlds.
