Brilliant customer service
Booked a holiday through Hayes and jarvis/American Holidays, unfortunately it had to be cancelled for the second time and I decided I wanted a full refund.
Spoke with the sales agents who advised that a full refund would not be provided and I had to settle for a voucher that would expire in 12 months at which point I could claim a refund.
Spoke with Steven Wilkinson who was able to assist me and arrange a full refund extremely quickly with no hassle. He was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly every time. He provided brilliant customer service.
