“Originally booked for South America this August. The service came under the spotlight when this was not going to happen. In contrast to another organisation they were helpful and flexible. “Personal touch. Although ultimately our holiday this year was cancelled, we cannot praise Hayes & Jarvis enough in their response in these unprecedented times, especially Jas. He really went out of his way in trying to find us a suitable alternative holiday, making sure that the alternatives were in line with our original plans, kept us informed (almost on a daily basis) of developments, be it changes in airline schedules or local government developments. We felt like he really cared and appreciate his personal touch. But even he could not work his magic this year. Booked a holiday through Hayes and jarvis/American Holidays, unfortunately it had to be cancelled for the second time and I decided I wanted a full refund.

Spoke with the sales agents who advised that a full refund would not be provided and I had to settle for a voucher that would expire in 12 months at which point I could claim a refund.

Spoke with Steven Wilkinson who was able to assist me and arrange a full refund extremely quickly with no hassle. He was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly every time. He provided brilliant customer service.
